• Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity promptly

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to spam, harass, or harm others
• Interfere with the normal operation of our services
• Copy, distribute, or modify our proprietary software or documentation
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

Data and Privacy

Payment and Billing

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments after appropriate notice.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

CloudxDataline retains all rights to our software, documentation, methodologies, and service innovations. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services may be used by CloudxDataline without compensation or attribution.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.

We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our services. You use our services at your own risk and should implement appropriate backup and security measures for your business operations.

Service Modifications and Termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Taichung City, Taiwan.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
